We use one of the few pesticide-free lemons from Ikuchi Island, the largest lemon growing area in Japan. This spread is made with butter from Hokkaido, millet sugar from Kikaijima, flat eggs from Onomichi that are raised in a humane environment, and other carefully selected ingredients.
